THE BEGINNING…………

Members of BAI, Mysore ( www.baimysore.org ) came up with an unique idea of starting a ladies wing which could assist them in their service projects.

Thus came into existence “SPOORTHI”, in the year 2001, on the 26th of June

Objectives of Spoorthi are :

	To create a platform for the families of the members of BAI.
	To promote & foster feelings of unity, co-operation and mutual help amongst the members.
	To assist BAI in their service projects and activities.
	To identify the needs of workers in the construction field & to help them improve their standard of living.
	To open, run or adopt schools, hospitals, villages and the likes for improving service to the above mentioned group of people.
	To help establish many more such organizations at various centers.
